Announcing the LeadFuze and Pipedrive Integration
Pipedrive Integration Use Case
Let’s say you’re searching for Owners or CEO’s of software companies in Boston. Using LeadFuze, the first step is to search using the extension or on LinkedIn:

As you find the exact type of people you are looking for, simply click “add” in the right toolbar, and the LeadFuze software will use a 5-step verification process to validate and confirm the email address for your prospect.
You can then view the results in your LeadFuze account, as the software fetches the results of your search:
Now you can setup an integration with Pipedrive by clicking the profile settings dropdown in the top right corner, and then “Integrations” option.
Choose “Yes” to export previous prospects already in your LeadFuze account (if you want), and then enter your API key (from Pipedrive account under settings).
Now you will notice all your prospects will be automatically loaded in your Pipedrive account, under “Contacts → People” tab:
Now you can click on each email address, and create a new deal:
The prospect will now show up in your “Deals” tab:
You can then choose how you segment your prospects, you can see the list here I have:
- List: all the cold emails I’ve collected
- Replied to Cold Email: People who have responded to my outreach message
- Scheduled Talk: People who have replied a 2nd time to email message or phone call
- Had LIVE Contact: Either phone call or email chain
- Proposal Presented: Have shown them product offering
