Use Web Data To Generate 10,000 Leads in 10 Minutes

10000 Leads in 10 Minutes: Using Web Data to Generate High-Quality Sales Leads in Mass

Leads are the first stage of a sales process. In its simplest form, it’s someone you can sell to.

I need to know their name, the company they work for, and contact information.

Where Do These 10000 Leads Come From?

It is common to buy databases of telephone numbers, email addresses, or mailing addresses. These data sets can be very extensive, providing businesses with a comprehensive and diverse pool of potential customers and contacts.

You can attend trade shows and other industry events, or you can stalk people on social media in order to get contact information. This is a time-consuming way of getting leads.

LeadFuze gives you all the data you need to find ideal leads, including full contact information.

Go through a variety of filters to zero in on the leads you want to reach. This is crazy specific, but you could find all the people that match the following:

  • A company in the Financial Services or Banking industry
  • Who have more than 10 employees
  • That spend money on Adwords
  • Who use Hubspot
  • Who currently have job openings for marketing help
  • With the role of HR Manager
  • That has only been in this role for less than 1 year
Just to give you an idea. 😀

But Wait, There’s Always Another Way to Generate 10000 Leads Quickly!

We want to share with you a new approach for lead generation. It will generate both quantity and quality leads, which is based on web data collected by some of our earliest users.

  • If you want to find your ideal user, try using a website that can help.
  • Use Import.io to extract as much data about your leads as possible.
  • In order to see the data more easily, you can export it into a spreadsheet.

With the three steps above, you will have thousands of quality leads to work with in about 10 minutes.

Let’s See That Again!

Let’s take a look at how this might work for your business. To help visualize it, I am going to walk through an example.

Step 1: Find the Ideal User

If you want to generate 10000 leads, the first step is to think about the person you are trying to reach. They could be on a forum or an association, and they may also have social media accounts.

In generating 10000 leads, it’s important to be as specific as possible when defining your ideal user. The more targeted you are with the data, the better message you can send. That’s why it’s important to have a lead scraper software.

Step 2 & 3: Get the Data and Put it in a Spreadsheet

I combined these two steps together because they are very similar.

I could use a number of different options to get this data. I can make a crawler, which will then go through the site and pull information from any page that matches what I tell it to find. This means that at the end, I’ll have a list with all kinds of names and contact info.

I can do something more complicated than crawlers by building an extractor to one page. This way, I just need to refresh the URL and not re-crawl anything.

If you visit the page, you’ll notice that there is a link to their email address. When I map this data, I need to make sure it’s mapped as a URL (link). It may look like all of my information just has his name on it but when I export into Excel or Google Sheets, one column will have his name and another column with the text of the link, in this case their email address.

If I am going to send out an email blast, I have to make sure the data is clean. This means that many of these properties are being sold by the same estate agent so it’s likely there will be duplicates. You can easily do this in either Excel or Google Sheets.

Contact The Leads

When it comes to generating 10000 leads, you should make your messages to each lead personal and tailored.

Hi [first name], I thought you might be interested in what we do at our company. We specialize in [profile keyword] and I think that it’s something you would find interesting.

Once you’ve established the right channels to use, start sending out your messages. Being creative about how you contact people’s email isn’t always enough.

It’s fine to send automated messages, but don’t do it too often. You want people to feel like they are starting a conversation with you and not getting an overwhelming amount of responses in one day.

Find 10000 Leads With Import.io

Import.io is a platform that allows anyone to turn a website into data without the need to write any code. We have created this for developers, as it saves them time and effort instead of having to spend their own resources on coding.

We pulled data from Upwork and found developers who mentioned scraping. Using import.io, we created a personalized message template inviting them to apply for jobs on our site.

If you’re going to use Google URL Builder, shorten your link using the Google URL Shortener.  You can also get a custom domain for this purpose if you have an account with them.

We then created a connector to oDesk, this time for our messaging system. The API logs in to the site and sends them the personalized message. Every time they follow the link on their profile page, we can collect analytics from that user all through account creation.

We have been experimenting with this method to get 10000 leads and more coming in.
